Customer Services Administrator
Qolcom has a vacancy for a Customer Services Administrator, based at our Kingsclere office.
Working within a busy Customer Services team, the role will include assisting the Sales department with the supply of accurate quotes from supplier portals, maintaining the integrity of data held within various in-house databases and managing customer support renewals and contracts.
Previous experience of a similar role, and an understanding of networking products and CRM systems would be an advantage. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, MS Word and Excel, and strong numerical skills are essential.

Qolcom is recruiting an Account Manager to join our expanding sales team and grow the profitability of existing and newly acquired customers.
The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience growing enterprise or public sector accounts within managed services, networking, digital transformation, or cyber security products and services.
Strong communication and presentation skills, experience of account planning and management, and the ability to build relationships as a trusted advisor are all important, as is the ability to develop account plans and managed pipeline.
